本人現在就是拿TRSE在紐逍遙!!
想當初 在網路找相關資料時 非常的少!!
所以 跟大家分享一下囉!!

TRSE Work Permit

申請條件:

1.18 歲以上
2.須在紐西蘭境內申請
3.過去一年內不能在果園工作超過七個月

所需文件與方式：

1.移民局1153申請表格 （基本資料+填寫TRSE那部分即可）+照片2張
2.護照 
3.簽證費NZ$200  （自己送件的可以當場刷EFTPOS，要郵寄辦理的去銀行買Bank cheque跟行員說抬頭開給移民局）

把以上資料準備好自己拿去移民局辦公室送件，或郵寄最近的移民局，等移民局審核過後也是會用快捷的方式寄給你！
所以申請表格裡收件地址就要寫有人可以簽收的地方!

簽證期限:4個月(以發件當天為起始日)

我另外想分享的是以下的部份

1.需不需要體檢?!
ANS: 申請表格上 有問你覺得自己需不需要體檢? 為了省錢 所以 我選NO!!很好..如果你的CASE OFFICER沒要求你附體檢報告
那你就省了350-550元!!恭喜!!

2.是不是一定有名額?!
ANS: 他們的相關網頁上有這麼一句話"Your application cannot be approved if there are no remaining places when you apply"
真的喔!!身邊有朋友 去申請時 就被拒簽!!! 所以 要申請時 要去網頁上(http://www.immigration.govt.nz/migrant/stream/work/hortandvit/trse/)看看(See if there are places available.) 
或打電話問問 比較保險!!

3.工作好不好找呢?!
ANS:這要看季節囉!!像現在冬天 大部份都是剪枝的工作嚕!!如果是KIWIFRUIT(3月底) , APPLE(2月底) , CHERRY(12月中)的季節來我覺得比較適合囉!!但 要注意...找工作前先去上移民局網頁看看 那些是登記接受TRSE的僱主!!這很重要!!因為經濟不景氣 所以登記TRSE的地方有比較少!!
有些即使有登記 如果當時的缺 有KIWI要做 也會以當地人優先!!(不論什麼簽證  這是現在紐西蘭的趨勢囉!)

They can help find employment with a TRSE employer in the region where you plan to work.

有朋友說有新規定 打工渡假延簽之後 不能申請TRSE
我在移民局網頁沒看到這句話!! 不過我在想是不是和"過去一年內不能在果園工作超過七個月"有關係!!
在紐一年多 '實在看到+聽到+親身體驗到
太多太多移民局"奇妙"的辦事能力...
超過31歲可不可以延簽?! 規定不行 !!但我身邊有很多例外的幸運兒嚕!!
延簽一次為三個月!! 我就知道有人一延延一年的!!
SO....never try never know!!^^
還有 超過31歲的朋友 其實可以來紐申請trse 體驗一下農夫的生活 賺賺旅費 再去環島也是不錯的嚕!!

Supplementary Seasonal Employment policy

The SSE policy allows employers in the horticulture and viticulture industries to supplement their New Zealand workforce with onshore non-New Zealand citizen or resident workers when labour demand exceeds the available New Zealand workforce. 

The key features of the new policy are:

• employers will apply for an SSE approval in principle to employ SSE workers to fill a certain number of positions

   

• SSE approvals in principle will only be approved where INZ, in consultation with the Ministry of Social Development (MSD), establishes that there are insufficient New Zealanders to fill those positions

   

• employers must have good employment practices and satisfy INZ that they have been, and will continue to, actively recruit New Zealand workers

   

• people on valid temporary permits in New Zealand can apply for a six-month SSE work permit which allows them to work for any employer with an SSE approval in principle

   

• work permit applications will only be approved where the applicant has not held an SSE or TRSE work permit previously and has not held any type of work permit since their most recent entry to New Zealand.

   

Employers with current TRSE approval will be allowed to recruit SSE workers.  INZ will shortly send these employers a letter to inform them of this and explain how the policy change affects them.
